Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Business Studies lessons to students at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Develop and implement creative teaching strategies that inspire and motivate students.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business Studies curriculum and contribute to the overall development of the department.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, promoting a positive school culture.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and student discipline.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• A degree in Business Studies or a related subject.
• Proven experience in teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
