Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to KS3 and 4 students of varying abilities.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress.
• Assess and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for educational excellence.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
