About the Role:
We are seeking an engaging and dynamic RE Teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering a curriculum that not only meets national standards but also encourages students to explore diverse religious beliefs, ethics, and values. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team of educators who are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging RE lessons that cater to a diverse student body.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
• Contribute to the development of the RE curriculum, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
• Participate in department meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
• Promote a positive ethos and foster an environment where all students feel valued and respected.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Religious Education or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching RE at secondary level, ideally in a mixed-ability setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A commitment to professional development and a collaborative approach to teaching.
