What You’ll Do:

• Plan and deliver dynamic, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all Year 1 students
• Create a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
• Support the social and emotional development of young learners, helping them to build confidence and resilience
• Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and inform your teaching
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure every child’s success

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or a strong desire to develop in this area
• A passion for working with young children and inspiring their love for learning
• Strong classroom management skills with a creative and flexible approach to teaching
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
