We seek a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join our school in Ealing. This role is crucial in ensuring that all students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

The Role
- Lead and coordinate the provision of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) support within the school.
- Assess and identify students with SEND and develop appropriate Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that students with SEND receive the support they need to succeed.
- Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the school.
- Represent the school in relation to SEND matters.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified SENCO with a proven track record of success in supporting students with SEND.
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, policy, and practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals.
