• Empower Budding Designers: Provide individualized support to students, helping them develop their design thinking skills, practical abilities, and understanding of various tools and materials.
• Foster a Love for Creation: Collaborate with the teacher to create a welcoming and inclusive workshop where all students feel comfortable experimenting, taking risks, and expressing their design ideas.
• Expand Your Knowledge Base: Gain valuable experience in DT education under the guidance of a qualified teacher, participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of design and technology.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a strong interest in design, technology, and practical problem-solving.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of varying ages.
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment and supporting the lead teacher.
• Maintains a positive and encouraging attitude that fosters a love for learning and hands-on exploration in students.
• Prior experience working with children or in a hands-on environment is a plus, but a genuine passion for design and technology and a desire to grow are highly valued.
