Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging Art lessons aligned with the national curriculum and the school's educational philosophy across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Inspire students to explore various artistic mediums and techniques, nurturing their individual talents and interests.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement personalized learning strategies to maximize creative growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Art department and across the school community to develop and enhance the arts program.
• Actively contribute to school exhibitions, events, and initiatives that celebrate student artwork and showcase the school's commitment to the arts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Art, Art Education, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Proven experience teaching Art at the secondary level.
