Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to students struggling academically or emotionally.
- Develop action plans to support students in overcoming barriers to learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement strategies for success.
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to parents and staff.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in mentoring or youth work.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A clear DBS check.
