About the Role: As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons that captivate students and foster their love for the performing arts. You will work within a collaborative team, contribute to the school’s artistic vision, and support students in their personal and artistic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver creative and effective KS3 and 4 Drama lessons
• Inspire and motivate students through innovative teaching methods
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Contribute to school productions and drama events
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall curriculum

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Drama
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
