The Role

- Encourage Mathematical Curiosity: Promote independent research and exploration, inspiring students to delve deeper into mathematical concepts and apply their knowledge to real-world problems.
- Contribute to the Department: Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment and contribute to the overall success of the Mathematics department.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the ongoing development of the Mathematics curriculum to ensure it aligns with the latest advancements in the field and meets the needs of our diverse student body.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Design and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, technologies, and best practices in Mathematics education.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support student development, helping them to reach their full potential and pursue their academic and career aspirations.
