The Role

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons across the curriculum.
• Develop students' acting, directing, and technical skills.
• Prepare students for success in relevant Drama qualifications.
• Foster creativity and innovation in theatrical productions.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Drama department and the academy.
• Take on additional responsibilities as a TLR (Teacher Leadership Role).

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Drama teacher with a passion for the subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Experience in performing arts (desirable).
• Experience in leadership or management roles (preferred).
