Position: SEN Learning Support Assistant
Type: Full-time, Temporary
Location: Hackney

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for SEN students.
  • Assist the class teacher in managing the classroom environment.
  • Work closely with the SENCo to ensure individualized support plans are followed.
  • Foster independence and confidence in students.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with SEN students.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
  • A clear DBS check.
