About the Role:
Our forward-thinking secondary school in Derby is looking for an innovative DT Teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, focusing on hands-on projects that promote practical skills and creative problem-solving. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire the next generation of designers and engineers!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Design and Technology to students at KS3 and KS4
  • Develop engaging, project-based lessons that encourage innovation
  • Maintain a safe and productive workshop environment

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Design and Technology or a related subject
  • Experience teaching DT in a secondary school setting
