A secondary school in South London is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for students with Autism and ADHD.

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Type: Full-time, Temporary
Location: Lambeth

School Information:
The school provides a supportive environment for both staff and students, with a strong focus on inclusion and well-being. The SEN department works closely with teachers and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Responsibilities:

  • Support SEN students in accessing the curriculum.
  • Help with classroom management and behaviour support.
  • Assist in creating individual learning plans.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate with the SENCo.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with secondary SEN students.
  • A good understanding of Autism and ADHD.
  • A clear DBS check.
