A nurturing primary school in Wandsworth is seeking a patient SEN Teaching Assistant to work in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with children who have special educational needs.

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

This school has a strong focus on early intervention and provides a safe, inclusive environment for children in their early years. SEN pupils are supported through tailored programmes to enhance their communication and motor skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support for EYFS children with SEN.
  • Create a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Help monitor and document children’s progress.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEN children in EYFS.
  • Understanding of early childhood development.
  • DBS check required.
