Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning:
- Oversee the work of PE teachers within the Girls' program, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Girls' PE program, implementing improvements based on data analysis.
- Relationships and Wellbeing:
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the Girls' PE program.
- Promote the importance of physical and mental well-being amongst girls, encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.
- Champion equal opportunities for all girls to participate and excel in PE and sports.
- Extracurricular Activities:
