A dynamic Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Hammersmith is looking for a Drama Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting role for a teacher passionate about using drama to help students with behavioural challenges develop social skills, confidence, and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons to students with behavioural and emotional difficulties.
• Use drama as a tool to improve social skills, confidence, and teamwork.
• Work closely with support staff to ensure all students are included and supported.
• Adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and encouragement.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience teaching drama, ideally in a PRU or similar setting.
• Ability to engage students with behavioural difficulties through creative teaching methods.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A clear DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.
