About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons tailored to the needs of high-achieving boys.
• Cultivate a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of exploration, critical thinking, and geographical inquiry.
• Guide students in developing a deep understanding of geographical concepts, analytical skills, and practical applications.
• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, and beyond) at the highest levels.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Geography department and across other disciplines to create a holistic learning experience.
• Contribute to the school's ongoing success and participate in extracurricular activities related to Geography.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Geography or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for Geography and a proven track record of success in raising student achievement in a selective school environment.
• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a high-achieving environment.
• Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
