About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and informative Food Technology lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
• Cultivate a stimulating and safe learning environment that fosters a love of exploration, creativity, and practical skills.
• Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and nutrition.
• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Food Technology department and contribute to school-wide events.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Food Technology or a closely related subject.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for food and cooking, with a captivating teaching style.
• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management.
