About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and informative Business Studies lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
• Cultivate a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of business, entrepreneurship, and economic understanding.
• Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of business principles, concepts, and practical applications.
• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, and beyond) in Business Studies.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Business Studies department and contribute to school-wide events.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Business Studies or a closely related subject.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for Business Studies and a proven track record of success in raising student achievement.
• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a high-achieving environment.
