About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and informative Music lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
• Cultivate a stimulating and creative learning environment that fosters a love of design, problem-solving, and practical skills.
• Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of design principles, materials, and techniques.
• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Music department and contribute to school-wide events.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Music or a closely related subject.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for design and technology, with a captivating teaching style.
• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
• Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
