Your Expertise:
- Build a strong, cohesive MFL department team, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and shared success.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Champion MFL education across the school community, advocating for its importance and integrating it into the broader curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, senior leadership, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the MFL department.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress in MFL.
