The Role: We are seeking a passionate and creative Year 3 teacher to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will guide and support children during a key stage in their primary education, helping them develop foundational skills, confidence, and a love for learning, all while reflecting the school’s faith-based ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum and the school’s faith principles.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing individualized support and constructive feedback to help each child reach their potential.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and the broader school community to support students’ academic and personal development.
- Model and promote the school’s core values and spiritual ethos in daily teaching and interactions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
- A strong commitment to working within a faith-based school environment and upholding the school’s values.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching, creativity in lesson planning, and a dedication to supporting all learners.
