About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and innovative Mathematics lessons across all year groups, from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, adhering to the National Curriculum and incorporating the latest pedagogical approaches.
• Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of mathematics, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of core mathematical concepts, analytical skills, and practical applications, preparing them for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, and beyond).
• Employ a variety of teaching methods and strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Mathematics department and contribute to the development of a cohesive and supportive team.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events, contributing to the overall success and well-being of the school community.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
