- Collaborate closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to establish inclusive strategies that help students thrive.
- Monitor and track student progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure ongoing improvement and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children’s needs.
- Up-to-date DBS check (required).
