- Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to refine individualized support plans.

Qualifications:
- Experience in speech and language support, either in an educational or clinical setting, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a compassionate approach to student support.
- Up-to-date DBS check (required).
