Role Highlights

- Engage with parents and caregivers to share insights and strategies for supporting student development at home, fostering a strong home-school partnership
Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience in autism support, special educational needs (SEN), or related fields is preferred, although candidates with a strong interest in supporting students with autism will also be considered
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to implement structured routines that benefit students with varying needs
- A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to working with students, understanding the importance of adapting to individual learning styles and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families
- A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
