Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join our friendly and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, tailored to the needs of Year 1 students.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages student participation and well-being.
- Use innovative teaching strategies and resources to support differentiated learning, ensuring all children reach their full potential.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school’s ongoing improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1 (KS1), preferably in Year 1.
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a love for learning and promoting a growth mindset among students.
- Passionate about education with a commitment to continuous professional development.
