Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Create a dynamic learning environment that fosters critical thinking, creative writing, and a deep appreciation for literature.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their linguistic and literary development.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the English department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay updated on the latest pedagogical approaches and literary developments.

Ideal Candidate:

• A strong passion for English literature and language.
• A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching English at secondary level.
