Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Create a dynamic learning environment that fosters scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and practical experimentation.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their scientific development.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Science department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and pedagogical approaches.

Ideal Candidate:

• A strong passion for Science and the ability to convey its relevance to real-world applications.
• A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
