They are now seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Geography Teacher to join their successful department on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2025.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Plan and implement a differentiated curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of all learners.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Contribute to the development and enrichment of the Geography curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
• Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student curiosity and a love of Geography.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong academic background in Geography or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Geography across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• A passion for Geography and a commitment to inspiring students.
• Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
• The ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
