The Role:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Geography lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Plan and implement a varied and challenging curriculum in line with the national curriculum and school's ethos.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure all students reach their full potential.
• Contribute to the development of the Geography department, sharing best practice and collaborating with colleagues.
• Participate in the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and pastoral responsibilities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong academic background in Geography, with a deep understanding of the subject matter.
• Proven experience teaching Geography across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning, with a passion for inspiring students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A genuine commitment to the school's Catholic ethos and values.
