- Work 1:1 with students experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties, fostering a trusting and encouraging relationship.

- Support students in developing coping strategies, enhancing social skills, and promoting emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other support staff to implement individual behaviour plans and track progress.
