The Role:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on your experience and expertise.
• Foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and principles, encouraging students to develop their problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment where students feel confident to explore mathematical ideas and challenge themselves.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a rigorous and innovative Maths curriculum that caters to a range of learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their mathematical development.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics.
• A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes in Maths.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• A passion for Mathematics and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young people.
