The Role:

• Deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons to male students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on your specialism and experience.
• Foster a love of sports and physical activity in students, encouraging them to develop their skills, fitness, and teamwork abilities.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported, regardless of their ability level.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a broad and balanced PE curriculum that caters to a range of interests and abilities, with a focus on the needs and interests of male students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their physical and personal development.
• Contribute to extra-curricular sporting activities and school teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Physical Education.
• A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes in PE, with experience of teaching male students.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• A passion for sports and physical education and a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles in young men.
