Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 2 teaching; prior experience or knowledge in SEN education is highly advantageous
- Empathetic and adaptable teaching style, with a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that values each student's unique abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with SEN staff, parents, and other support professionals to create a cohesive support system for students
- Dedication to inclusive education, with the ability to design accessible lesson plans that allow each student to make meaningful progress at their own pace
- Current Enhanced DBS check required to ensure a safe and secure environment for all students
