Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1, ideally with prior exposure to special educational needs (SEN) to bring empathy, creativity, and flexibility to your teaching approach
- Patient and creative approach to teaching young learners, understanding the need for adaptability and sensitivity in meeting the varied needs of each child
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with SEN staff, teaching assistants, and families to provide a well-rounded support system for students
- Commitment to inclusive education, with the ability to create and adapt lesson plans that build confidence and encourage skill-building in a way that resonates with each child’s unique learning style
- Enhanced DBS check required to ensure the highest standards of safety and well-being for all students within the school environment
