Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in early years education; experience in a special educational needs setting is highly desirable to ensure an understanding of the unique challenges faced by young learners.
- A creative, patient, and compassionate approach to teaching, with a passion for developing engaging, age-appropriate activities that support and inspire young children in their learning journey.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with SEN staff, support professionals, and parents to build a comprehensive support network for each child.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment that respects and values the individual strengths and needs of all children, adapting teaching methods accordingly.
- A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
